Each comprises an air-conditioned bedroom fitted with a built-in king-size bed, a laptop friendly worktable, and a Smart TV; an outdoor living area with a ceiling fan and a deeply cushioned built-in daybed bordering a private pool; and a well-equipped kitchenette. All of the bathrooms are ensuite except in Villa No 8, where the bathroom is located outside the bedroom. Each bathroom is fitted with a single vanity with a marble washbowl, toilet, walk-in monsoon shower and a funky mirror. In Villa no 1, a sliding  glass door opens directly from the bed into the pool, and a tree grows out of an island in the centre. The bedroom of Villa no.3 showcases a window with multiple teakwood frames, while the living area features a recycled timber deck. Here, a  hole has been cut in the roof to accommodate a tree. Decorative wooden pillars and intriguing artefacts lend more charm. Villa no.6 covers two floors and has an additional daybed built into a cosy nook in the spacious bedroom.
